It was gloomy earlier, so I went for "cheerful" for my Bible Study ladies:

Allyson, you are always good for a little slice of vitual sunshine and a welcoming spot of tea.
I started a “tea party” on my blog on Sunday. So far my sister and Anna have joined me.
If I get really ambitious I’ll make the apricot/pecan scones and offer them, too!
That should be ‘virtual’, not ‘vitual’. That sounds a little too much like Granny Clampet’s possum innards. Definitely not something I’d want with tea.
Oh, and the comment queen wants to know what you are studying!
My mouth is watering just looking at it. I’m sure it tastes just as good as it looks.
I’d just like to say that you let six days pass in between _your_ blog posts. Neglect indeed! (Okay, so I’m lagging a bit behind that, even. But I’ve been very busy!!!)
Yes, BUT! I have a habit of updating more often than that. . .and you have a different habit. 🙂
you know I love my sugar-mama.
Kim, we’re studying first Peter. And um, who is Granny Clampet, and why does she have possum innards?
Who is Granny Clampet??? Oh my, I am old!!! Ever heard of the Beverly Hillbillies? “So they loaded up the truck and moved to Beverly… Hills that is… swimmin’ pools, movie stars.” What a hoot that you don’t remember that FINE show.
Hey, I was one of those lucky ladies who got to enjoy those fine virtual vituals and it was a delightful morning. I whined a lot but my friends picked me up with encouragment and prayer. I thank God every day for good friends.
OK Allyson, notice that I have come out in the open and commented on this one. I just usually am a voyeur on your blog becasue I don’t like to post. I guess it’s a phobia that I need to conquer.
Hi Kim and Faith. How are you? I miss you both. HI to you, Jenn also.
Hi Karen! It’s nice to bump into you here at Allyson’s sunny spot.
I am going to come visit you in March–need to get a dress to wear to the wedding. I am so clueless so it will be so nice to work with someone I know!
[Allyson, sorry to hijack your comments. Karen, come visit me on my blog. We’ll talk. :)]
Hi, Karen. Nice to “meet” you. 🙂
