Well, it’s snowing. And it’s been really cold. And unlike my cousin luke, who is tough-guy extraordinaire and rides his bike to work every day in New York City, I am a weenie. I’ve been flirting with the stationary bikes at the gym, a half hour here and there, and Karen has promised to lend me her trainer so I can set up my bike inside. In the meantime, I’ve been cleaning out my filthy chain, ordering gear online, and dreaming of sweet spring days.
My fundraising is going very well. So far, I have about $1400 raised. A big thank you to Meredith, who has just arrived in Kuwait. She, generous soul that she is, donated $1000!!!
