New Blog Series and other stuff

WOW, it's been a long time! I've made some changes in my life recently, and some of those are paper-craft related. The biggest change? Scaling back my Stampin' Up business. I've decided to "go hobby," and while I'm going to try to keep my demonstratorship active, I've stopped doing workshops and classes. It feels so good, and I know I've made the right choice! After 6+ years, I need a break!

This has given me more time for other things, especially scrapbooking for my own pleasure again. I started scrapbooking 8 years ago, during the summer of 2001. Since then, I've filled over 25 albums. If the trend continues, I will soon need a separate house just for my albums! With this in mind, I've begun to change the way I look at scrapping, photography, remembering, and "keeping up." I'm planning a series of blog posts here with my Top Ten Scrapbooking Ideas. I know lots of magazines do this, but these really are things that I'VE done in my personal scrapbooking that have improved my efficiency, enjoyment, and frugality (i.e., saving money–who doesn't want to do that!) in this hobby.

Stay tuned for new posts coming soon!

Tip #1 (this has made my life so much easier, my room so much neater, and my bank account so much fuller)

Plan pages before ordering prints.
